How reformr handles your data and your members' data.
Last updated 22 August 2026. This is a placeholder policy for the reformr build. reformr is an Australian product that processes member personal data on a fitness business's behalf. Final wording will be settled with a named privacy owner before launch.
What we process
When you connect your member management software, reformr reads member, booking, attendance and membership status data so it can score engagement and trigger the campaigns you have approved. We do not read full payment details, and we never write changes back into your platform.
Whose data it is
Your member data is yours, held by reformr on your behalf as a processor. We never sell it, and we never use one business's member data to serve another.
Member personal information
reformr processes members' names and contact details only to surface engagement risk and, where you enable it, to send retention messages on your behalf. You remain the business your members have a relationship with, and messages go out under your brand.
Leaving
If you close your account you can export your data, and we delete our copy. Campaigns running on your behalf stop immediately.
